Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@easifyaddiitive.com. Returns must be requested and confirmed before sending any items back. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable or sensitive goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

  • Sale items or gift cards are not returnable

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please submit a return request first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
As stated above, the item must remain unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund.
